BEFORE YOU DEPART
What is required prior to my departure?
We encourage all customers to be vaccinated by at least 14 days prior to departure. If you are not vaccinated, you will be requested to show proof of a negative test taken within 72 hours of departure.
Am I required to be vaccinated to travel?
We cannot require that all participants are vaccinated, however, we certainly recommend that you are. Not being vaccinated may result in limitations in your chosen destination, which may include restricted sightseeing, isolation upon arrival or mask requirements. Any limitations will be dependent upon the requirements of local authorities at the time of your travel. Inspiring Vacations cannot be held responsible for any service denied by a local authority or service provider.
What are the requirements of my destination country?
Given the varied and constantly evolving nature of government requirements across the globe, this resource cannot provide an exhaustive list of requirements. We encourage you to review the regulations in place for your time of travel on the destination's country government website.
Do these requirements depend on the age of the traveler?
All travelers, regardless of age, are subject to the same requirements regarding vaccination or proof of negative test results.
What vaccines are accepted?
We recognise any vaccine approved by the national health authority of the country in which the vaccine has been administered.
Do I need to have both doses of a vaccine?
Where the proper administration of a particular vaccination requires two doses, we will require that both doses are taken at least 14 days prior to departure.
What COVID-19 test will I need to take?
We recognise any test and resulting proof of a negative test that is approved by the national health authority in the country from which you are departing.
Who pays for my pre-departure COVID-19 requirements?
Should costs be incurred from any vaccination or testing requirement, these will be at your own expense.
What are the requirements for my flight?
This will depend on the expectations of the specific airline and we encourage you to familiarise yourself with their requirements. Inspiring Vacations cannot be held responsible for any service denied by an airline.
What are the requirements for my cruise?

AFTER YOU DEPART
Will my tour leader be vaccinated?
We expect all leaders to follow the same COVIDsafe Policy as described for our customers, requiring them to be either fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to departure or to have returned a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to departure.
What on-tour policies do you maintain regarding COVID-19?
We expect all travellers to follow basic hygiene requirements including washing hands, wearing a face mask if you are unwell and maintaining safe distance where it is practical to do so. While hand sanitiser will be made available, we recommend that you also pack your own supply should it become unavailable for a short time. Your tour leader is trained in appropriate COVIDsafe policies to ensure that you may travel with confidence.
What if I am unwell during my journey?
Should you display COVID-19 symptoms during your journey, we will first seek to ensure that you are provided with whatever care is necessary. Any action taken by Inspiring Vacations or our partners will be subject to the requirements of the destination in which you are travelling. We will request that you take a COVID-19 test and will require proof of a negative test result prior to you rejoining the tour group. Conditions around quarantine or isolation will be dependant upon the requirements of the destination country.
What if someone in my tour group becomes unwell?
Should you wish to be tested, support will be provided to allow you to do so. Conditions around quarantine or isolation will be dependant upon the requirements of the destination country. The tour will proceed provided it is safe to do so and permitted by local authorities.
What if there are costs involved?
Should costs be incurred as a result of following these policies or the requirements of your destination country, either because you are unwell or someone in your group is unwell, these will be at your own expense. While reasonable support will be provided by Inspiring Vacations, you must ensure that you have access to financial support, either directly or via your travel insurance provider, whilst travelling.

Is it safe to travel to my destination country?
Our policies towards safe travel have always been guided by government travel advisories, including those of the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and the World Health Organization. We avoid those destinations that are labelled the equivalent of "Do Not Travel" and will avoid those destinations that are labelled with lesser travel advice where we consider it to be nonetheless unsafe. We always expect our customers to comply with local laws and expect that they maintain a duty of care towards their own health and safety.
What are your terms around privacy with regards to COVID-19?
As a standard policy, all personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy HERE. In summary, personal information is only ever shared where it is absolutely necessary to deliver the service which you have requested to be arranged.
